Advertisement Specialist at CrewBloom. We are seeking a highly skilled Advertisement Specialist who thrives in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility through strategic ad placements across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Stan (similar to Shopify) is a strong plus, but not required.. Key Responsibilities. . Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).. . Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).. . Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve results.. . Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ads are on-brand and effective.. . Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and competitive strategies.. . Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).. . Assist in setting up product catalogs, conversion tracking, and pixel events.. . (Preferred) Provide basic support or insights on integrating ad strategies with e-commerce platforms like Stan.. . . Proven experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.. . Familiarity with ad management platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).. . Experience in scaling ad campaigns and handling budget allocations.. . Knowledge of e-commerce workflows and customer funnels.. . (Bonus) Experience with Stan, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.. . Creative mindset with attention to detail on ad creatives and copywriting.. .
