Perform monthly validation, reconciliation, portfolio analysis, and reporting for catastrophe modeling clients.. . Integrate portfolio modeling workflows into analysis and reporting processes.. . Collaborate with various divisions to standardize and prepare data for modeling systems.. . Conduct analyses using modeling tools and develop automated SQL-based reporting.. . Engage with teams to understand reporting needs and recommend portfolio management strategies and metrics.. . Support new business initiatives by compiling data and constructing notional portfolios.. . Communicate with reinsurance brokers regarding data and modeling methodologies.. . Provide backup support to the Portfolio Modeling Manager and contribute to special projects as needed.. . . Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college, or 3–5 years of relevant insurance experience.. . Working knowledge of insurance terminology, data storage systems, and portfolio modeling platforms (e.g., AIR, RMS).. . Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).. . Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and complete tasks accurately and on time.. . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new processes and tools.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills and general business understanding.. . Ability to work independently for extended periods while following policies and procedures.. .
