As a Solution Engineer, you’ll be a strategic technical partner to our customers—ranging from growing agencies to global enterprise brands. You'll serve as a NinjaCat platform expert, guiding existing customers through the design and optimization of data ingestion pipelines, onboarding new features such as AI agents, and advising on best practices to scale their usage of NinjaCat.. You’ll deliver custom implementations and scalable solutions that unlock immediate and long-term value. Whether supporting complex data workflows, integrating AI features, or providing strategic consultation on platform architecture, you’ll be central to helping customers get the most out of NinjaCat’s AI-powered platform.. What You’ll Do. . Serve as a subject matter expert on the NinjaCat platform, educating customers on new features, scalable account structures, and best practices.. . . Design, build, and support robust data ingestion pipelines using SQL, BigQuery, S3, Snowflake, and other modern data technologies.. . . Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand data models, requirements, and use cases for both reporting and AI-driven workflows.. . . Consult on and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that enable downstream analytics, custom reporting, and intelligent agent automation.. . . Introduce and support the adoption of AI agents and intelligent features by existing customers.. . . Provide technical guidance for integrating NinjaCat with customer-owned platforms through APIs and custom connectors.. . . Validate data quality and integrity using repeatable rules and automated checks.. . . Monitor and optimize data operations, proactively resolving ingestion and transformation issues.. . . Document solutions and standardize practices for data workflows, onboarding, and account scaling.. . Contribute to AI-readiness efforts, ensuring data pipelines and infrastructure are structured for seamless use by internal and external AI agents.. . . 3+ years of experience designing and building scalable data ingestion and transformation solutions.. . . Deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, S3, and ETL/ELT frameworks.. . . Experience working with large datasets in enterprise environments.. . . Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).. . . Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and performance tuning.. . . Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python).. . . Strong customer-facing communication skills and a consultative mindset.. . . Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.. . . A plus: familiarity with AI/ML pipeline requirements or experience supporting AI agents with data.. . . Bonus Points. . Experience in MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS environments.. . . Experience introducing or supporting AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom conversational agents.. . . Integration or development of REST APIs and custom data connectors.. . . Background in customer-facing consulting, onboarding, or enterprise project management.. . .
