Assist customers with inquiries related to insurance products, policies, and claims via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide clear explanations of policy details, coverage options, and pricing structures.. . Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they receive timely updates and support.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.. . Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to facilitate resolution of customer issues.. . Stay updated on industry regulations and company offerings to provide accurate information.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance sector.. . Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.. .
