The position involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams, and requires close engagement with educators and administrators to inform product decisions. This leadership role combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and customer-centric innovation in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.. Accountabilities:. Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for supplemental Math and ELA solutions.. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging.. Provide training, resources, and expert guidance to sales teams to support product adoption and customer success.. Engage with educators and administrators to gather feedback and ensure customer needs drive product decisions.. Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope..
