Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from user research through final implementation. . Facilitate discovery workshops and co-design sessions with customers and stakeholders. . Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and test usability. . Integrate AI capabilities into the platform with a focus on ethical design, transparency, and control. . Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer success, and data teams. . Conduct user testing, synthesize insights, and apply findings to improve user experience. . Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability. . . 5+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, or information architecture. . Proven track record designing successful B2B enterprise applications. . Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. . Experience with WCAG-compliant design and accessibility best practices. . Hands-on experience with AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., for research, ideation, prototyping). . Ability to lead user research and apply findings to product development. . Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person customer sessions. .
