Donna is searching for an experienced CFO to manage the financial strategy and reporting for a family office.. This role leads the financial strategy and operations of a prestigious family office located in North America, overseeing everything from cash flow and forecasting to risk management and investor reporting. The ideal candidate combines sharp financial modeling skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders, including investors and executive leadership. They’ll also play a key role in M&A activity, portfolio analysis, and implementing systems that drive efficiency and insight across the business.. Responsibilities. . Financial Strategy & Planning – Develop and align financial strategies with business goals; provide insights to leadership; lead long-term financial planning and forecasting. . Financial Management – Oversee financial performance, cash flow, and asset / liability management; ensure effective financial planning and analysis. . Accounting & Reporting – Ensure accurate, compliant financial statements and records; manage accounting functions and lead external audits. . Risk Management & Compliance – Identify and mitigate financial risks; ensure regulatory compliance and implement strong internal controls. . Leadership & Team Development – Lead the finance team; foster a high-performance culture; oversee hiring, mentoring, and retention. . M&A and Investments – Support mergers, acquisitions, and investments through due diligence and financial modeling; manage financial partner relationships. . Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as the organization's financial spokesperson; communicate financial updates to stakeholders and maintain external financial relationships. . Technology & Systems – Implement financial technologies to enhance efficiency and reporting; stay current with emerging tech and best practices. . Experience. . Exceptional communication skills. . Prior experience communicating with investor groups and / or answers questions about the underlying businesses. . Exceptional Excel modeling skills - Will need to be able to self evaluate a business deal and be able to model out the financials and come up with an NPV / Multiple based analysis. . Strong acumen to organize and amalgamate data from all of our existing portfolio companies to provide client with a weekly update. . Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks online. . Experience creating Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM). . Exceptional PowerPoint skills and experience building business plans and investor. . Job Details. . Salary of Php 200,000 - Php 250,000 / month . . Additional benefits including health insurance and bonuses launching in 2025. . Remote, Full-time. . Must be amenable to work CST business hours (graveyard shift) / Must have some overlap with the graveyard shift to coordinate with the North America team. .
