We are currently looking for a Member of Technical Staff - Developer Infrastructure in the United States.. We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Infrastructure Engineer to drive the tools and systems that enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently and reliably. In this role, you will work across the full development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing environments, deployments, and releases, to enhance developer productivity and system reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performance infrastructure while adopting cloud-native technologies. Architect, build, and maintain developer tooling that improves productivity and reliability in a distributed cloud environment.. . Identify, analyze, and resolve bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle and advocate for best practices.. . Design infrastructure systems to ensure high reliability under large-scale traffic.. . Develop and enhance infrastructure using Go, Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS.. . Consult and collaborate with engineers across teams to ensure infrastructure best practices are followed.. . Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to up-level the team’s technical expertise.. . Continuously improve developer experience by evaluating and implementing innovative infrastructure solutions.. . . Proven experience designing and building high-scale, distributed cloud systems.. . Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (Go, Java, Python, C++).. . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).. . Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from local development tools to production deployment.. . Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive projects independently from architecture to rollout.. . Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.. .
