As an Intermediate Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for:. . Writing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Ruby on Rails code.. . Delivering small features and improvements independently, while collaborating on larger initiatives.. . Enhancing performance, security, and scalability of pipeline authoring tools.. . Identifying and resolving technical debt to increase team efficiency.. . Participating in agile practices such as planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.. . Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.. . Contributing to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the team.. . Taking part in Tier 2 on-call rotations to address urgent engineering issues.. . .
