
Head of Finance at Station A. We’re looking for a . Head of Finance. to build and scale Station A’s financial foundation while serving as a key strategic partner to leadership. The Head of Finance is both a builder and a strategic thought partner, responsible for scaling Station A’s financial infrastructure while serving as a key advisor on capital allocation, pricing strategy, and sustainable growth. As our first in-house finance hire, you’ll be hands-on in building the function from the ground up: if you don’t do it, no one will. . You’ll generate forward-looking insights that guide company priorities and tradeoffs, partner with the CEO and Head of Operations on strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling, and anticipate risks and opportunities across our business model, market, and cost structure. At the same time, you’ll have the ability to execute and ensure plans translate into results, building confidence that the company can deliver on its goals.. This is also a board-facing role that owns investor reporting and ensures leadership and external stakeholders have clear, accurate visibility into company performance. Beyond keeping the business on track, you’ll bring new ideas and apply a strategic lens to how we deploy capital, ensuring we make the right bets that accelerate growth and impact.
