Improve and maintain the payment data template to ensure all partner-provided details are captured and retained.. Automation of Payment Allocations: . Support initial allocations and development/maintenance of automation for cash allocation from payment agent settlements into accounting and internal systems, including accrual postings and reconciliations.. Partner Data Quality Improvement:. Develop and maintain an enhanced payment-instruction guide for Account Managers to share with partners, minimizing manual data searches and allocation delays.. Alerts & Monitoring Setup:. Create and implement early-warning mechanisms to flag missing or incomplete payment data, enabling quick follow-up by Account Managers.. Process Optimization:. Identify inefficiencies in allocation/reconciliation workflows and propose practical, scalable improvements.. Relevant Experience. . 2+ years of successful experience in operations or payments, ideally with exposure to LATAM payment systems; accounting experience is an advantage.. Education..
