Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.. Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.. Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports as needed.. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process..
