Data Scientist, Go-to-Market Analytics. Join GBG's Go-to-Market data science team and shape the future of how we demonstrate value to our prospective customers! In this role, you’ll help improve the critical process of analyzing customer evaluations, transforming raw data into compelling ROI narratives and business cases that directly influence purchasing decisions. You’ll play a pivotal role in automating insights from data studies, accelerating deal closures, and enhancing product intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to blend analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and customer interaction. . This is a remote position with a strong preference for candidates in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Travel for team collaboration, process workshops, and stakeholder meetings may be required (estimated 20-25%).. What you will do. Customer Evaluation Analytics. Translate customer evaluation data into clear, compelling insights that demonstrate solution value to prospective customers. Support the development of standardized ROI frameworks to quantify business impact across customer profiles. Assist in creating automated reports that showcase key findings and value propositions for prospective customer presentations.  . Process Automation & Scale. Build templated analyses that can be adapted for different industries and customer segments. Contribute to automating analytical workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. Support the design of scalable processes that align with the organization’s growth and evolving needs.  . Product Intelligence & Feedback Loops. Aggregate insights across customer evaluations to uncover market trends and strategic opportunities. Help establish feedback loops that channel customer insights to the Product team for product enhancement. Contribute to building benchmarking tools that help prospective customers understand their position and potential ROI. Skills we are looking for. Technical Foundation. 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with demonstrated success in customer-facing analytics or process automation roles. Expert proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and statistical analysis libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.). Experience with data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack tools. Masters of PhD (preferred) in Data Science or equivalent.  . Bonus Qualifications. Sales engineering or customer-facing technical role experience. Domain expertise in identity verification, fraud detection, and/or financial services. Experience presenting technical findings to prospects or clients during sales processes.  . Business Acumen. Experience analyzing customer data and translating technical findings into compelling business narratives. Knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and ROI calculation frameworks. Ability to create presentations that communicate value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration processes.  . Professional Qualities.
