You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, driving automation, and ensuring optimal performance across iOS and Android applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and developers, you will contribute to delivering a seamless, high-quality user experience. The role combines hands-on manual testing with advanced automation to cover complex scenarios and ensure application stability, scalability, and responsiveness. You will also mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for best practices, helping to scale the QA function as the platform grows globally. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a global impact.. Accountabilities:. ·         Define, design, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications.. ·         Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites for iOS and Android using modern frameworks (Appium, XCTest, Espresso).. ·         Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor the stability of test environments.. ·         Perform manual and exploratory testing for complex features, usability checks, and regression cycles.. ·         Validate app performance, reliability, and compatibility across devices, OS versions, and network conditions.. ·         Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the full defect lifecycle.. ·         Advocate for QA best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.. ·         5+ years of experience in software QA, including 3+ years focused on mobile app testing (iOS & Android).. ·         Strong proficiency with mobile automation tools (Appium, XCTest, Espresso).. ·         Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.. ·         Experience with programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python.. ·         Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (Jira, Asana).. ·         Deep understanding of mobile architectures, APIs, and device ecosystems.. ·         Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.. ·         Preferred: Performance testing, mobile network simulation, device farms (BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm, Firebase Test Lab), Agile/Scrum experience, backend/API testing, or experience with peer-to-peer applications..
