Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.. . Lead project kick-offs, aligning goals, assigning tasks, and providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.. . Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely communication of risks or changes.. . Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of property openings, wind-downs, and transitions.. . Conduct property visits and walkthroughs to maintain quality control, document findings, and provide actionable recommendations.. . Manage project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.. . Deliver post-project documentation, perform postmortem analyses, and recommend process improvements for future projects.. .
