Insurance Trainer.  to develop and deliver training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in . personal lines and/or commercial lines insurance. , with the ability to simplify complex insurance topics and ensure team members are fully equipped to perform their roles confidently and compliantly.. Key Responsibilities:. . Design and facilitate engaging training sessions on insurance policies, procedures, systems, and compliance requirements.. . Develop onboarding training for new hires and continuing education for existing team members.. . Create training materials such as guides, presentations, SOPs, and knowledge checks.. . Stay updated on industry regulations and trends in both personal and commercial insurance lines.. . Assess training effectiveness and adjust materials/methods based on feedback and performance metrics.. . Support team leads and managers in identifying skill gaps and providing targeted training.. . Qualifications:. . Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on . personal lines, commercial lines. , or both.. . Previous experience in a training or coaching role (required). . Strong communication and presentation skills.. . Familiarity with insurance software systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar) is a plus.. .
