The Sr Director of Customer ISP Marketing is a customer-focused, executive leadership position responsible for shaping and executing TP-Link Systems’ marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the Local ISP segment.. Marketing Strategy:. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer facing marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.. Product Marketing: . Define customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging to establish TP-Link Systems' leadership, differentiation, and benefits to customers by Local ISP segment and buyer persona.. Demand Generation: . Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to develop and execute high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns . Metrics and Measurement:. Establish process and performance metrics, including KPIs, to analyze performance and optimize the effectiveness of all marketing programs.. Customer Co-Marketing:. Define and implement co-marketing programs with ISP customers, Channel Partners, and industry consortia to drive awareness and demand for TP-Link Systems' products. Field Marketing: .
