Business Development Manager at Helprise. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand sales channels. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.. Responsibilities:. . Developing and executing a strategic business development and sales plan.. . Identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships.. . Building long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients. . Leading negotiations and preparing tailored commercial offers and presentations.. . Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.. . Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.. . Supporting the company’s expansion into new customer segments or geographies. . . 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development – ideally in food, FMCG, horeca, or foodtech sectors.. . A proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts or business partnerships.. . Strong commercial instincts combined with a hands-on approach.. . The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.. . Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in both Polish and English.. . A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.. . Nice to have:. . Experience scaling food or FMCG products across new markets.. .
