We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting professional to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. In this position, you will support critical accounting processes including reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities, helping ensure that financial records are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.. What You’ll Do. Perform general ledger account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when accounts are out of balance . Prepare and process accounting entries such as journal entries, accruals, and other transactions related to the month-end close . Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements and accounting reports . Validate key financial activities including payroll, pension journals, and cash advance or pooling transactions . Assist with financial reviews and provide documentation to support external auditors . Help identify data quality issues and validate accounting impacts related to system changes . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects focused on improving and automating accounting processes. Bachelor’s degree in . Accounting. . 1–3 years of professional experience in accounting or a related financial role . CPA certification is a plus . Fluent English required . Intermediate knowledge of . financial reconciliations and financial reporting. . Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies . Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and recommend solutions . Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams . Ability to manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables . Working knowledge of . Excel. and SAP. Company Location: Mexico.
