Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.. . Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies quickly and accurately.. . Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to keep satisfaction levels high.. . Document all interactions with clients in our CRM system for thorough record-keeping and future reference.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service quality is continually improved.. . Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.. .
