Accountabilities:. ·         Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial KPIs are met and invoices align with contracted payment schedules.. ·         Create, maintain, and execute moderate complexity project timelines, identifying critical path milestones.. ·         Monitor project scope and manage changes using established PM methodologies.. ·         Drive day-to-day project activities, including risk identification, issue resolution, and coordination with functional leads.. ·         Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes to ensure project objectives are achieved.. ·         Strengthen client relationships and participate in account growth planning, RFIs/RFPs, and bid defenses.. ·         Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001:2000.. . ·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.. ·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles in life sciences.. ·         Knowledge of scientific principles, clinical trial processes, and pharmaceutical development.. ·         Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate Excel skills (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).. ·         Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.. ·         Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GCP requirements, and FDA regulations.. ·         Hands-on experience managing clinical trial projects and familiarity with CRO operations preferred.. .
