This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise-level sales within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space, working with executive-level clients across large public and private organizations. The Senior Solution Sales Executive will develop strategic relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored software solutions that enhance organizational governance and compliance capabilities. You will manage complex sales cycles, guide clients through solution demonstrations, and influence decision-makers to achieve measurable business impact. This position emphasizes strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-value sales environment.. . Accountabilities. . Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market development, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with internal sales teams.. . Conduct needs analyses and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of GRC solutions.. . Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, addressing client challenges, removing obstacles, and guiding deals to closure.. . Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to track contacts, pipeline activity, and forecast sales.. . Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to optimize outcomes and leverage internal resources effectively.. . Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices with peers to strengthen team performance and customer success.. . Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings through continuous training and skill development.. . . 6+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales or complex solution selling.. . Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and knowledge.. . Proven experience engaging executive-level clients and navigating large enterprise organizations.. . Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence.. . Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles and negotiate pricing while preserving value.. .
