Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to design, build, and release new Android features.. . Deliver clean, well-tested, and maintainable code in Kotlin and Java.. . Lead re-architecture initiatives to modernize legacy components for scalability and performance.. . Mentor junior engineers, support team-wide best practices, and help improve agile workflows.. . Ensure data-driven decision-making through monitoring and analysis of user behavior and app metrics.. . Maintain a strong focus on security and usability in all stages of development.. . . Proven experience in Android app development using Java/Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.. . Strong understanding of data structures, asynchronous programming, and Android core APIs.. .
