As a representative, you will use your fluency in Polish to ensure clear communication and exceptional support to the community.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage inquiries from the public regarding government services, programs, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide accurate and timely information to assist citizens with their needs.. . Help resolve issues related to public services and ensure proper follow-up as needed.. . Document all interactions comprehensively and maintain records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with various government departments to facilitate effective service delivery.. . Stay informed about changes in government policies and services to provide current information.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the public sector or government services.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.. . Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.. .
