Area Sales Manager Marine and/or Offshore Sectors at Mercier Consultancy MD. Mercier Consultancy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager specializing in the Marine and/or Offshore sectors. This role is critical in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in these industries. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our corporate objectives while building strong relationships with key clients.. Key Responsibilities. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Marine and Offshore sectors.. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.. Create and implement sales plans to achieve targeted revenue and profitability goals.. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to ensure aligned objectives.. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to management and stakeholders.. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance market presence.. . Proven experience in sales management within the Marine and/or Offshore sectors is essential.. . Strong knowledge of the industry, including market dynamics and competitive landscape.. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders.. . Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and achieve targets.. .
