Key Responsibilities:. . Support ESG strategy development and implementation for corporate and institutional clients. . . Assist in preparing ESG reports and disclosures aligned with global standards such as . GRI. , . SASB. , . CDP. , . DJSI. , . TCFD. , and . SDGs. . . . Contribute to climate risk assessments, carbon footprinting, materiality assessments, and stakeholder engagement. . . Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and frameworks to support advisory mandates. . . Aid in benchmarking ESG performance against industry peers and recognized sustainability indices. . . Analyze ESG data and metrics to identify gaps, propose solutions, and assist clients in improving their sustainability performance. . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ESG considerations are embedded in business strategy and risk management. . . Contribute to the creation of ESG-related training, marketing content, and thought leadership. . . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business, or a related field. . . Minimum . 1 year of experience. working in ESG, sustainability consulting, or corporate responsibility. . . Working knowledge of ESG disclosure standards and frameworks including . GRI, CDP, DJSI, TCFD, SASB. , and . SDGs. . . . Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly. . . Strong analytical, research, and report-writing abilities. . . Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of ESG data platforms or tools is a plus. . . Passion for sustainability and a proactive mindset. . .
