Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee relations. . Lead and execute HR initiatives such as policy development, performance management, and DEI programming. . Review and refine HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes. . Support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts for key roles. . Advise on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies. . Provide coaching to managers on best practices in leadership and people development. . Manage sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion. . Contract Details:. .
