Senior MERN Developer at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1600000 (ie INR 10-16 LPA). Min Experience: 3 years. Location: Remote (India). JobType: full-time. We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the MERN stack and a solid grasp of modern development practices, with a focus on clean code, effective collaboration, and problem-solving.. Key Responsibilities:. . Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. . . Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend interfaces and external services. . . Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices. . . Conduct code reviews, identify performance issues, and implement fixes. . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. . . Required Skills & Qualifications:. . Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack. . . Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. . . Proficient in React.js (including Hooks and Redux), Node.js, and Express.js. . . Experience with MongoDB and solid understanding of database schema design. . . Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and Agile development methodologies. . . Strong grasp of component-based architecture and state management patterns. . . Preferred Skills:. .
