Set up and review site promotions, ensuring accuracy and proper execution . Analyze website KPIs and A/B test results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities . Implement data-driven recommendations to improve site performance, UX, and conversion rates . Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align merchandising with brand initiatives . Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms to enhance site functionality and efficiency . Stay informed on e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to drive innovation . 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and marketing, preferably in retail . Experience with . Shopify. and its suite of tools (discounts, product catalog management) . Familiarity with . Algolia. or similar merchandising/search tools (preferred) . Experience with . Builder.io. or similar headless asset management platforms (preferred) . Experience with . Asana. or similar project management tools (preferred) . Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess A/B test results, and make actionable recommendations . Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies . Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams .
