The primary responsibility is to download patients' medical records from secure electronic medical record systems using our HIPAA-compliant software. Perform Quality Checks to ensure records are complete and visible.. . Monitor completed work and provide feedback to improve team performance.. . Maintain policy, procedures, work instructions, and projects for quality and continuous improvement.. . Contribute to business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction with service and quality.. . Safeguard patient records and manage data transfers in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational regulations.. . Scan and validate medical records for upload.. . Maintain complete confidentiality following organizational and legal requirements.. .  .
