We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on improving developer productivity through infrastructure and platform solutions. In this role, you will manage backend engineers, design and implement tools to streamline development workflows, and reduce friction in local development environments. You will collaborate closely with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to identify pain points, define strategic roadmaps, and measure adoption and impact of implemented solutions. Accountabilities. Lead and manage a team of backend infrastructure engineers to deliver tools and services that improve developer productivity.. Collaborate with engineers, leadership, and stakeholders to identify local development pain points and define strategies with detailed roadmaps..
