We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who'll join our Growth Team and take ownership of our Inbound Sales process - from initial contact to contract signing - while ensuring the highest quality of project definition before delivery starts.. Responsibilities Breakdown:. 80%: Active consultative selling and lead conversion.. 20%: Project scoping, estimation coordination, and project management.. Key Areas of Responsibility. 1. Inbound Sales Focus. Inbound Lead Sales: Full responsibility for the sales cycle of warm inbound leads . Consultative Selling: Conducting deep discovery calls to identify potential clients’ business challenges and advising on the optimal IT solution to meet their goals.. Proposal Creation: Developing and presenting compelling technical and business proposals to prospective clients.. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiating terms of cooperation and successfully closing new software development contracts.. Pipeline Maintenance: Accurate and proactive management of the sales pipeline and activity tracking within the CRM system.. 2. Project Focus. Discovery and Scoping: Organizing and leading discovery meetings to gather and prioritize business requirements.. Estimation Coordination: Collaborating closely with Technical Leads, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure an accurate, realistic technical estimate and timeline for the proposed solution.. Project Management: Managing sold projects during the first weeks, before smooth hand over to the PM team. Seamless Handoff: Ensuring that the Delivery Project Manager receives complete context, documentation, and scope definition for a smooth project management.. What We Expect. Experience in B2B IT services sales (Software House, IT Consultancy) . Proven track record in converting leads and closing deals. Practical software expertise - Solid background in web and mobile product development, and hands-on insight into how web and mobile applications work..
