Manage administrative and clerical duties related to HR operations across multiple practice locations.. . Respond to internal HR inquiries and requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.. . Support bi-weekly payroll processing and lead new employee onboarding and orientation processes.. . Conduct background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verifications, and maintain accurate personnel records.. . Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and contractor agreements.. . Coordinate with the Operations Project Manager for system access and setup.. . Update employee data in the HRIS and generate regular HR and compliance reports.. . Assist with credentialing, performance management systems, and insurance coordination.. . Provide recruitment support and attend weekly virtual practice meetings, sharing actionable summaries.. . Travel occasionally as needed to support onsite HR activities.. . . Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Smartsheets, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro, and HRIS platforms.. . Strong ability to develop flowcharts, presentations, and structured HR documentation.. . Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to build trust across teams.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.. . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.. .
