Key Responsibilities. Create and edit articles for the company’s Help Centers based on provided information.. Format content in a clear, easy-to-understand, and visually appealing way.. Create and edit screenshots to effectively illustrate processes within articles.. Produce step-by-step tutorial videos to guide customers through various procedures.. Develop high-quality content for AI-powered agents.. Create and optimize chatbot content to improve customer interaction and support.. Ensure all texts are properly edited, proofread, and formatted for readability and consistency.. Proven experience in content management and copywriting.. Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.. Proficiency in creating visual aids (screenshots, step-by-step guides, video tutorials).. Strong understanding of content structure for self-service support platforms.. English level: C1+ (near-native proficiency in writing and editing).. A second foreign language (Spanish or Chinese preferred) is a strong advantage.. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality content consistently.. Preferred Skills. Experience working with Help Centers, Knowledge Bases, or similar platforms in trading, i-gaming industry. Familiarity with chatbot and AI agent content creation..
