Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automation testing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards before release.. Key Responsibilities:. . Test Planning & Strategy:. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage across all features. . . Automation Testing:. Design and implement automation frameworks for regression and functional testing using tools such as . Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium. .. Continuously enhance test automation processes and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). . . Manual Testing:. Conduct functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and releases.. Identify, document, and track software defects to closure using bug tracking tools such as . JIRA or TestRail. . . . Performance & Security Testing:. Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to perform load, stress, and performance testing using tools like . JMeter or LoadRunner. .. Support basic security validation and ensure compliance with security and performance standards. . . Quality Metrics & Reporting:. Define and monitor quality metrics to assess product readiness and ensure a consistent level of excellence.. Generate detailed test reports and provide insights to the engineering team for continuous improvement. . . Cross-Functional Collaboration:. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure quality at every stage—from requirements to deployment.. Advocate for best QA practices and contribute to improving the overall software development process. . Required Skills and Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. . . 5–9 years of experience. in software quality assurance (manual and automation). . Proficiency with test automation tools such as . Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium. . . Strong understanding of . SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies. , and QA best practices. . Experience in API testing using . Postman or RestAssured. . . Hands-on experience with . JIRA, TestRail. , or similar bug tracking/test management tools. . Familiarity with . CI/CD pipelines. , version control (Git), and cloud-based test environments. . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. . Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. . Preferred Skills (Good to Have):. Experience with . Java, Python, or JavaScript. for writing automated test scripts. . Exposure to . performance testing, mobile testing. , or . security testing. . . Knowledge of containerization tools like .
