Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for user inquiries related to the social media platform. . Assist users with account issues, privacy settings, and feature queries. . Resolve complaints and address concerns efficiently and professionally. . Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system. . Collaborate with the moderation and technical support teams to tackle complex issues. . Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the platform’s user experience. . Stay updated on platform features and developments to provide accurate information. . . Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user experience. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly in social media or technology, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. . Genuine interest in social media, online communities, and digital communication. .
