Manage, optimize, and modernize MySQL database platforms across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.. . Ensure high availability, security, and performance through automation, proactive monitoring, and scalable infrastructure.. . Participate in the on-call rotation to support applications, manage incidents, and troubleshoot production issues.. . Collaborate with backend developers to improve schema design, indexing, and query optimization.. . Lead infrastructure upgrades and plan capacity improvements while automating maintenance tasks.. . Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, mentoring, and staying current with best practices and tech trends.. . . 4+ years of experience managing large-scale web platforms, ideally in an Agile setting.. .
