As a Senior Non-Tech Recruiter at Delta Exchange, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our non-technical teams, including marketing, compliance, operations, legal, finance, customer support, and more. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing candidates and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.. . Key Responsibilities. . Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across multiple departments.. . Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored hiring strategies.. . Source candidates using a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.. . Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage interview processes efficiently.. . Provide data-driven insights and regular hiring reports to leadership.. . Ensure exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer negotiation.. . Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.. . Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices, especially in fintech and crypto sectors.. . Partner with HR and business teams on employer branding initiatives to enhance Delta Exchange’s appeal to top talent.. Requirements. . . Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience in non-tech roles, preferably in high-growth startups or fintech environments.. . Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior-level roles across functions such as marketing, compliance, operations, legal, finance, and customer success.. . Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.. . Excellent stakeholder management and consultative approach to hiring.. . Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.. . Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.. .
