Contact inbound leads (10–15 per day). Clearly explain services and pricing. Collect deposits to secure appointments. Ensure deposits are processed and documented correctly. Focus on conversion and revenue generation. Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Booking. Proactively follow up with new and missed leads. Convert inquiries into booked appointments. Track leads inside Go High Level. Reduce missed opportunities through consistent outreach. Patient Follow-Ups & Confirmations. Confirm upcoming appointments. Reduce no-shows through proactive communication. Handle inbound patient inquiries. Maintain professional, clear communication. Systems Used. Go High Level (CRM + phone integration). Mango Mint (EHR/EMR). Phone system integrated within Go High Level or separate. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Increase deposit collection rate. Reduce missed leads from 10–15 daily inquiries. Improve appointment booking conversion. Increase overall clinic revenue. Maintain strong follow-up consistency. Experience Requirements. Medical license: Not required. Healthcare background: Preferred but not required. Previous VA experience: Required. Sales / appointment setting experience: Required. Must-Have Skills.
