
E-Commerce Account Manager at Remote VA. RemoteVA is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Account Manager to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business. If you have a sharp eye for data accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and are experienced with online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart—this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing. -Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). -Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts. -Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items. -Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate. -Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner. -Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more. -Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively. What We’re Looking For. -Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry. -Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent written communication and attention to detail. -Comfortable working night shifts and independently. -Knowledge of any of the listed tools is a big plus!.
