You will also provide actionable feedback to product teams to help refine and enhance product offerings. Accountabilities. Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations with customers and prospects.. Demonstrate Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and AI-powered solutions to showcase capabilities and business value.. Gather requirements for large-scale contact center and digital transformation projects.. Develop and deliver compelling demos, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with delivery teams.. Serve as a bridge between sales and technical teams to optimize customer engagements and solution design.. Provide insights and recommendations to product teams to support ongoing product development and improvement.. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring solutions meet technical and business objectives.. 2–3 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably within contact center technology or Amazon Connect.. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience.. Strong understanding of contact center telephony solutions and Salesforce Service Cloud architecture.. Proven experience creating and delivering demos, presentations, and technical proposals.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.. Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.. Demonstrated interest in AI technologies and innovative customer engagement solutions.. Preferred Skills:. Consulting experience in the contact center technology space.. Deep knowledge of Amazon Connect and cloud-based customer engagement platforms.. Experience with Salesforce Einstein or generative AI technologies..
