Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to design and deliver AI-augmented solutions with measurable impact on user experience and business performance.. . Own agile rituals, technical design reviews, and backlog management to ensure quality, scalability, and speed.. . Collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelance contributors to transform product challenges into actionable technical work.. . Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and strong ownership through mentoring, code reviews, and best practices.. . Track team performance and optimize output using data-driven metrics and regular retrospectives.. . Play an active role in product discovery, contributing to technical strategy and product direction in the absence of a dedicated product management team.. . . 3–5 years of experience leading high-performing software teams (5+ engineers), ideally in an agile, fully remote setting.. . 5–10 years of hands-on coding experience with modern, scalable cloud-native applications; strong affinity with Python, Node.js, and AWS preferred.. . Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies such as React, TypeScript, GraphQL, MySQL, and Kafka.. .
