Brand Identity & Visual Systems — 20%. Create and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems. Design logos, templates, and reusable brand assets. Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints. Adapt existing brand systems for new formats and channels. UI/UX & Web Design — 15%. Design website and landing page layouts. Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. Apply user-centered design principles. Collaborate with developers during handoff and implementation. Video & Motion Support — 10%. Edit or support short-form video content for social platforms. Create simple motion graphics or animated assets. Optimize visuals for platform-specific requirements. Performance Optimization & Creative Strategy — 10%. Must-Haves (Required). 1–2+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and brand design work. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent English communication skills.
