Senior Fullstack Product Manager at Staff4Me. Staff4Me is seeking a Senior Fullstack Product Manager to drive our product vision and strategy across our fullstack development initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product objectives while leveraging your technical knowledge to inform decision-making and prioritization. Product Strategy and Planning:. . Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our fullstack development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.. . Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify areas of opportunity and innovation.. . Prioritize product features and create a product roadmap that reflects user needs and business priorities.. . Cross-Functional Leadership:. . Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.. . Facilitate communication between teams, providing clarity on requirements, scope, and project timelines.. . Lead cross-functional meetings to track progress, manage risks, and align on priorities.. . Project Management:. . Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery of product features.. .
