Accountabilities:. Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs for the IAM platform with high performance, scalability, and reliability.. Develop and enhance Access Intelligence features that deliver actionable insights from customer environments.. Build and maintain identity lifecycle management functionality, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies.. Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing to ensure regulatory compliance and system visibility.. Continuously optimize platform performance, security, and scalability through testing, code reviews, and refactoring.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with product goals and security best practices.. Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in identity and access management to drive innovation.. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.. 7+ years of backend software development experience, preferably in identity and access management, security, or related areas.. Strong proficiency in Golang, Java, or similar programming languages.. Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.. Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices.. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including familiarity with IAM services..
