In this cross-functional role, you'll partner with product, engineering, and design teams to create and manage reusable components and design patterns. Your contributions will shape the foundation of a rapidly growing platform used by millions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine systems thinking, UX best practices, and a deep understanding of design tooling to support teams in delivering world-class user experiences.. Accountabilities:. . Lead the design, iteration, and documentation of reusable UI components and patterns within a centralized design system. . Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the strategy and roadmap for evolving the design system. . Advocate for design best practices, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and consistency across all product surfaces. . Provide guidance and support to teams implementing the system, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement. . Create and maintain high-quality documentation, training materials, and design guidelines. . Conduct research with internal users and analyze product data to refine workflows and boost system adoption. . Ensure all contributions to the system meet quality, scalability, and usability standards. . . 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web-based products, with strong design system expertise. . Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, styles, and tokens across large libraries. . Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a systems-driven environment. . Strong understanding of accessibility principles and experience integrating them into UI design. . Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and communication, particularly with engineering teams. . Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities. .
