Backed by recent Series A funding, the company is poised to transform mental health care for autistic and neurodivergent adults nationwide.. The Role. As a Clinical Recruiter, the individual in this role will be instrumental in building a world-class clinical team by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional therapists and psychologists. This person will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build relationships with future clinicians, and create seamless candidate recruiting experiences that reflect the organization’s values. By expanding the clinical talent pipeline, the Clinical Recruiter will directly enable the company to serve more clients and transform mental health care for autistic adults.. What You’ll Do. - Source and recruit psychologists and therapists who are passionate about serving autistic and neurodivergent adults. - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through authentic outreach and long-term engagement. - Manage the full recruiting process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience at each step of the recruiting process. - Get creative with sourcing strategies: research targets, craft personalized messaging, and find new ways to connect with the right people. - Work closely with the clinical team to understand exactly what is needed and adjust the approach based on different specialties and backgrounds. - Keep everything organized—track candidates, verify credentials and licenses, maintain the ATS, and report on progress. - Jump in when standard approaches aren’t working and come up with new solutions. What We’re Looking For. - Communication & relationship building – Ability to articulate the company mission and values compellingly, connect exceptionally well with healthcare professionals, build rapport quickly, and maintain long-term candidate networks through authentic engagement. - Effective prioritization – Ability to prioritize searches effectively, manage competing deadlines, and allocate time strategically to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. - Prospecting intelligence – Skill in identifying and researching licensed psychologists and therapists, successfully converting prospects into active candidates through compelling messaging, and tailoring outreach based on candidate backgrounds. - Bias for action – Proactive in optimizing recruiting processes, leveraging recruiting software effectively, and sourcing candidates with quick response times and a sense of urgency to move prospects efficiently through the recruitment process without compromising quality. - Organization & attention to detail – Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from LinkedIn outreach to offer closure, systematically verifying clinical licenses across multiple states, and maintaining precise ATS documentation. - Creative problem solving – Natural curiosity to develop creative solutions when standard approaches fail, knowing when to ask for help as needed. - Technology/ATS proficiency – Expertise with Greenhouse (or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
