Lead end-to-end POC and POV initiatives, showcasing real-time fraud-loss reduction and ROI for enterprise customers.. Build, optimize, and scale decision systems combining machine learning models, features, and rules across large-scale data streams.. Hire, coach, and mentor a team of data scientists and fraud analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.. Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, bandit models) to validate new fraud prevention strategies safely.. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to embed data insights into dashboards, APIs, and pricing strategies.. Present findings, results, and strategic recommendations to executives, customers, and stakeholders clearly and persuasively.. Drive innovation in platform signals, features, and feedback loops to enhance system intelligence and speed.. . 7+ years of experience in . fraud analytics, data science, or machine learning. , with at least 2 years leading technical teams delivering real-time risk solutions..
