ERP Cloud Technical Lead. to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Fusion applications, with hands-on experience in data conversion, reporting, and technical integrations. This role will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and delivery of ERP solutions that support critical business processes across finance and supply chain management (SCM). The candidate should demonstrate leadership in managing technical deliverables, ensuring quality, and providing guidance to junior team members while collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.. Key Responsibilities. . . ERP Cloud Technical Development:. Lead the design, development, and execution of technical components for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. . . . Data Conversion & Migration:. Manage and execute large-scale data conversions using . FBDI templates. and ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during data migration. . . . Reporting & Analytics:. Develop and optimize reports and dashboards using . BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher). , . OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). , . Smart View. , and . FRS (Financial Reporting Studio). to meet business reporting needs. . . . Banking & Financial Integrations:. Design and configure . bank-related check printing. solutions and ensure smooth integration with financial processes. . . . Integration & Automation:. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement seamless system integrations. Knowledge of . Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). will be considered a strong advantage. . . . Solution Design & Quality Assurance:. Review functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions. Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. . . . Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:. Work with finance, SCM, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical leadership in delivering ERP solutions that align with organizational goals. . . . Technical Documentation:. Maintain detailed documentation of technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge transfer and compliance purposes. . . . Mentorship:. Guide and support junior developers and technical consultants by sharing best practices and reviewing deliverables. . . Required Skills & Competencies. . Strong technical expertise in . Oracle Cloud ERP. and . Oracle Fusion Applications. . . . Hands-on experience with . FBDI-based data conversion. and validation. . . Proficiency in . BIP, OTBI, SmartView, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). . . . Knowledge of banking processes, specifically . check printing and related reporting. . . . Familiarity with . Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). for integrations and automations (preferred). . . Strong understanding of . ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM). modules. . . Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. . . Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of reports and conversions. . . Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. . . Experience in leading technical teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. . . Qualifications. . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. . . 5–9 years of proven experience in Oracle Cloud ERP technical roles. . .
