Technical Support Specialist at Million Dollar Sellers. ABOUT THE ROLE. As a Technical Support Specialist at MDS, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining and improving the internal systems that power our team and community of 650+ e-commerce entrepreneurs. Reporting to our Tech Lead, you’ll support automation workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage key tool integrations across platforms like Go High Level, Airtable, Zapier, and others.. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues—handling support tickets, writing lightweight scripts, managing webhooks and APIs, and ensuring our tech stack runs smoothly. This is a critical support role for someone who’s technically capable, detail-oriented, and passionate about streamlining operations.. ABOUT YOU. You’re a technically-minded support specialist who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments. You’re quick to understand how systems function, and even quicker to spot when something’s not working as it should.. You’re comfortable navigating tools like Make, Airtable, ClickUp, and Softr, and you know your way around APIs, webhooks, and dashboards enough to identify issues and escalate when necessary. You’re also curious about AI platforms like ChatGPT or Claude, and use them to help document processes or respond faster.. You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates. Whether it’s troubleshooting a user issue, flagging a bug, or keeping tickets organized, you bring consistency, clarity, and accountability to the front lines of support.. WHO WE ARE . Proven experience supporting internal systems, workflows, and tools in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Prior roles in operations, technical support, or systems management preferred.. . . Hands-On Technical Skills:. Proficiency with automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier), internal tooling (ClickUp, Airtable, Softr, G-Suite), and light coding/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar). Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code environments.. . . AI & Tool Fluency:. Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity and how to integrate them into workflow automation, troubleshooting, and process improvement.. . . Process & Documentation Focus:. Experience documenting SOPs, building process maps (e.g., Lucidchart), and maintaining operational clarity across systems.. . . Clear & Reliable Communicator:. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical language into clear guidance for non-technical teammates.. . . Collaborative and Proactive Mindset:. Educational Background:.  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Ops, or a related field preferred.
